Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To request a return, please contact us before sending the product and provide:
– Your full name
– Order number
– Product name
– Date of receipt
Return Conditions
The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original condition, including all packaging, labels and accessories.
Customers must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of their decision to withdraw.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product received is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Parcels sent with payment due on delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will issue the refund using the original payment method after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
The refund may be withheld until we receive the product or proof that it has been shipped.
Standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law. Additional express delivery charges are not refundable.
Personalised Products
Products made to order or clearly personalised for the customer cannot be returned, unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us promptly and send clear photographs.
For an approved defective, damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund, as applicable.
Your legal guarantee rights remain unaffected.
